Witness

Witness

1920 1276 Mary Sayler

When Jesus walks through the walls
of our homes or appears on the other side
of an arrangement of atoms assembled as
stone walls in a prison or walks through
walls of water as a ship goes down at sea,
baptizing everyone at once, or walks through
the walls of a church building where fears
and worries face Him on the other side, do
not let Him go. Hold on. Hold on. Behold
Him which, by definition, means to watch,
to wait, to witness and be held.
